Quick Menu?

Hi All - Had my daughter was playing about with my note 2 and when she gave it back it has a popup menu that is activated by pressing a small semi circle. When you press this semi circle a small window will slide across with a few apps in it.

My question is how did she do/activate this? And how do I disable it

Doesnt matter just worked it out. Its the multi window feature and is activated/disabled by holding the back button
