Root Quick Nandroid Question

I got a new SD card and put my nandroids on it but can't flash them. It says no files located. Where on my SD card do I put my nandroids?

How are you trying to flash/rstore them??? If you copied the to your SD card like you would any other ROM, they are simply on the root of your card and you should flash them just like a ROM. If you went into nandroid>restore you likely have nothing in there....as you found out. This is just what I would think.....not sure I am correct....

Not sure if you figured it out yet or if you were doing it incorrectly from recovery, but you're supposed to select the option to restore a backup, not flash a zip. Is that what you did?

Yes I did but it couldn't find the files.

Did you figure it out yet?

You should drop your whole "named backup file" into the backup folder within Clockwork. Then when you access Rom Manager from your phone you should be able to click on "restore backup" and find it named there.

Ok I'm home now so I'm gonna try to figure this out. Moving folders into the backup folder now.

Ok it found the nandroids, but I tried to restore and it's saying "MD5 mismatch!"

I don't know if that means it didn't work because of that, but I'm gonna reboot and see. It was awful quick.

Ok that nandroid didn't work. I'm doing an earlier one and it appears to be working. Thanks all!

Clockwork.

That newest Nandroid had some sort of error when I made it, so I don't think it's good at all. Luckily the earlier ones will do. Just flashed Fresh Evo and it feels nice so I'm making another Nandroid now.
