The $70 dollar loyalty credit for signing a new contract. How long until you get this?
I thought credits were instant, they told me within two billing cycles though.
I almost returned the EVO because I was told I was getting this then I had to argue with them after the fact because I never got it and they said they couldn't do anything because it wasn't put in BEFORE i signed the contact.
Finally they said OK but told me two billing cycles.
Well in two billing cycles, I cant return then phone without a the early termination bs. Are they just trying to stall of does it really take that long to get the credit?
