colchiro Extreme Android User Feb 24, 2011 #2 No. You can deodex a stock rom and get themes, but it's easier to install a rom and you get the benefit of removed bloat and optimized for speed. We usually recommend Apex as a good first rom, tho Rubix Blurry is also good.
