Quick Question Just got Inc2

Just got the incredible 2 and it says charge the phone for 24 hours then do the *228 etc. Do I have to charge it for 24 hours? I charged it for a bit and it's green now so can I go?

I didn't do the initial 24 hr. charge and had no problems.

Once you see the green light, you're fine. However, I'd run the battery down (a few hours of Angry Birds will do it for sure - play until you see the "low battery" warning) and recharge it overnight to be sure you're good to go.

Thanks for all the help. I activated the phone this morning but it seems like the reception inside my house is horrible. While before with my Thunderbolt it was a solid 2 bars-3 bars all the time, the incredible 2 is fluctuating between zero and 1 bar usually, occassionally jumping to 2 bars. (it never drops to an "x" though) so even with 0 bars I think it can still call (haven't tried it yet). Anyone else had this problem when you first got the phone? it is ranging from -86 to -96 dBm from what I have monitored so far. I am downloading GB so maybe that will help? Any thoughts?
