So i got my HTC Inspire last night and im wondering if the APP MP3 Ringtone cost any money? If i download any music or anything would it charge me?

The app description says the app is free and so are the downloads. It's a very new app, so keep in mind there may be some bugs, but it shouldn't cost anything to use.

This is the kind of question you should ask the developer. They will know if there are any fees involved, but it doesn't appear to be.

If you are trying to make a ringtone out of your own MP3s I suggest you use RingDroid. Much better.
