Hello guyses soo umm my mom's esteem was rebooting like crazy on ZVC so she complained enough and they gave her a loaner phone (crappy samsung admire) i just updated her esteem to ZVD and i wanted to know if i could just put her number back on it or because she has a loaner that metro has to do it??

you can go on their site to change it over, but they would probably charge you, you can also call their customer service and do it over the phone.

all u have to do is call*228 and tranfer ur number bck to her esteem do that using her esteem

They only charge you if you have them do it at the store.
