Ok so i have insurance on this phone and when i get a replacement they send me the new phone then i send my old phone back. My question is what would happen if i dont send my old one back, they told me theyd suspend my account but im curious if the phones would be usable or if theyd have bad esn's or what. This is a question just out of curiosity i am not trying to rip VM off or anything.
 
Both phones would end up with bad esn's and unable to be activated on Virgin. Btw, why pay $5 a month for insurance with a $100 deductible when Virgin is probably the best carrier when it comes to replacing phones no questions asked?
