Help Quick Remote Setup issues

Hi all,

Currently setting up everything on my LG G4 and attempting to add my Toshiba 40L1333DB model TV as a device on QuickRemote. I've successfully connected the device, but in use all of the button functions are jumbled/some buttons are not functional. Examples - Power button changes channel up by one, 1 button on the keypad functions as volume down. Any tips/help available would be appreciated! Thanks.

You probably wound up with the settings for a different family of Toshiba models. Delete and add back the TV, but this time don't accept the first setting that successfully turns off the TV (tell the program it didn't) and continue until the next setting that does, and accept that one.
