Help Quick Settings App for HTC EVO V

I have searched several times trying to find an answer to my question but have been unable to do so. I have the Quick Settings app by Sergej Shafarenka on my LG OPV and love it. Want to add it to my HTC EVO V but cannot. Get the impression that it does not work on or is not available for the EVO V. Is this app available for the EVO V and if so, where is it? Downloaded the Notifications Toggle as a substitute but prefer the original Quick Settings app.

I have used "Power Toggles" since it came out. Lets you make custom toggle bars and put anything on them from shortcuts, apps, toggles and more. There is also a notification section of the app but not sure what it does, I don't use it.

The reason a lot of people used quick settings was because it enabled hotspot on the OV, but that is the only phone it works on. To get hotspot on the Evo you need to root and use wifi hotspot for rooted users app.

Thanks for the reply. I not really interested in setting up the hotspot, just love the app. Wonder why I can't seem to find it and download it???
