"Quick System Info" pop up message

Does anyone seen this pop up message? It pops up randomly and don't know where it's coming from.

Yes freesunshine i have seen it twice and thought maybe i had held 2 buttons down at the same time or something but have never been abel to launch it by my own doing.
 
I have mine enabled from my clock widget. I love having my system information. It is useful for knowing how much space you have on your phone as well as temp which was an issue prior to the update. It is perfectly normal for that screen to pop up. I don't know how to get it to pop up normally though.

All of the information are irrelevant to me except the battery life which I too have it on my clock widget.
 
I have the same question. And I do not have a program "Quick System Info" installed, and I have not configured my clock application ("3D Digital Weather Clock") to open this system info upon minutes or hours tapping.
