quick system info

Hi all, on a number of occasions whilst holding my phone in my hand unlocked I have looked back at my phone to see a display that says 'quick system info' and displays, as you would expect, system info. Now I am aware that there is an app called quick system info but I do not have it installed. I would appreciate some help in figuring out what it is I am accidentally pressing to bring up this particular screen as I am baffled by it.

I've just done it again! Please somebody tell me how i'm doing it. Never happens when i'm looking at my phone, just when its in melsey hand unlocked and i'm busy looking at something
