Help quick texts hows to backup?

Do you mean text messages? There's various apps that do it. SMS back up and restore will back them up to your gmail account making them easily accessible. A market search will find you others. I think Lookout backs them up too.

If there isn't a way to do exactly what you want, why not just cut and paste the messages you create into a new text file? That way you can back them up and easily reinstate them should the need arise.

Send them to yourself and then you can just forward as and when? Or is it a record of the actual sending to the person you are after? I'm not quite clear on why you want to back these up?

i have a server that i can control via numbers in a text message and since i need about 30 control codes it is very handy to have them as quicktexts so would be very handy to have then backed up
thanks
joe

Ah...get you now. The only way I can think of is texting them to yourself and then backing up via SMS back up and Restore (backs up to Google account) or Go SMS Pro (backs up to sd card and you can email file to yourself)...which ever suits you best.
