Root Quick Titanium backup question

When you restore an App from Titanium backup and it asks

"What would you like to restore" / "app only" / "app+Data"

What do you select? does it really matter?

I've done two with "app only" already.

Data just restores you acct.name, game scores, any info you have added since you downloaded the app

Whenever switching roms I usually backup my apps and system data with Titanium Backup. Apps are backed up for easy install. System data are backup as they change for example froyo to gingerbread system data I believe do change.

Either way, backups are always a good idea.
