Quickoffice for droid?

I used the search tool and there are many mentions of quickoffice but there are no solutions as to why we have no office app icon or widget. My mom has an eris and she has a quickoffice icon that you can click and open a pdf. I have put a few different pdf files on my memory card thinking that I would be able to open them but no such luck. I would rather not go through the annoyance of sending it to myself I would like to be able to open it as you can on the eris. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.

look up pdf in the market..there are plenty of apps. I recommend DocumentsToGo. It is 10 dollars, but it is worth it if you use it often.

Both. Droid has quickoffice too...just use astro to open a .doc file and it will prompt quickoffice
