Help Quicksettings update

Update may have cured vd's hotspot for some. Please test

I don't see an update in the market. I have been using 1.9.8 p2 for some time now (I thought) and this is the version I see listed in the market as of 4/27.

With the 1.9.8 p2 version I still get the "Network is unavailable" pop-up when toggleing the Wi-Fi hotspot switch on.
