quirky notification alert settings

I downloaded a custom notification alert. I want to use it for my emails but not text messages. I found that I was only able to set it as the alert for one of my email accounts. If I try to set it up for the other one, it won't take. Like it's only allowed to be used for one or something. I wonder if I can use the same sound but name it differently maybe it will let me choose it...

Try this buddy. Go in your email app and choose the account that doesnt have your custom ringtone. Hit the menu button/settings/then select ringtone. Make sure the ringtone you made is in the correct folder (media/notifications). Hope that works for you!

you could always make another copy of the file for use as the other notification.
