R2D2 when unknown number calls?

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to change the default robot picture that pops up when an unknown number calls to a custom picture. Like R2D2, for instance.

I read elsewhere that the theory is to root your phone and change the file that is called for "unknown caller" to display whatever picture you want.
