I need cache.rfs, dbdata.rfs, factoryfs.rfs , zImage, modem.bin, lte_modem.bin and recovery.bin. when my phone turns on i see the samsung then it does automatic factory reset, auto-reboot over and over.

any insight is appreciated. thank you.
 
Thanks for this, its much appreciated. Finally after tweaking the USB port on the phone got Odin/Heimdall to recognize it and wanted to give this a go with Heimdall. Heimdall is asking for a firmware.xml file in the tar and I know the prev heimdall package you created got deleted. Has anyone reupped the heimdall package? or have a link to the firmware.xml that can be placed into the tar?

Nm.. I figured it out in the flash portion of Heimdall I could manually add the files. Something is just so bizarre with my phone, Even though Odin and Heimdall recognized it Odin froze at setup connection and Heimdall errored with Loke response.

Then when I rebooted my phone I got a nice error image to connect to the PC, and once done that way with the error image Heimdall worked fine with it. I had to error the phone out for it to receive a response...

I guess I got the rejected phone. It was a replacement b/c the old one I had, the modem fried out. Just the kind of luck I have. well, its working now, thanks to Tiede and K0nane for the time and effort you spend into this and thanks to all those who kept mirrors of the files. You have given new life to my phone once again!.

i install the android version 2.2.2 on my indulge and now the market is not working properly for my it is saying error Package file is invalid i have try factory data reset and that didn't help it gave me a black screen the launcher stop working i re-odin the indulge back to 2.2.1 and i still have the same problem with the market i try installing basix again and that didnt help... do i have to re-partition or something? if i have to re-partition can someone explain it to me how can i do it without messing up my phone? thanks in advance....:(

did you try installing the lates market app ?
 
Do I need to odin back to stock before going to 2.2.2 and will rooting, or adding bSix, or es detract from 2.2.2.? My launchers lock up and take a long time to load. Will 222 help this? I have tried five different launchers, same problems.
 
I use GO Launcher EX for it's stability and customizability.
Make sure to freeze the TwLauncher (Default samsung launcher) since it'll still slow the phone to a crawl as long as it's available. On the same subjet, I recommend having either LauncherPro, OpenHome or some other third party launcher as backup in the very unlikely event that GO Launcher goes berserk one day.
2.2.2 and Basix are not compatible, in that one will overwrite the other. Basix+ES is based on 2.2.1, and of course EG06+EF23 is based on 2.2.2. So the two cannot be installed together.
You do not need to ODIN back to stock before going to 2.2.2, but do understand that you will still lose all your custom apps/settings.
In fact, you can think of it as going back to stock, just an upgraded stock. ;)
 
I am your neighbor here in ocoee. I removed launcher ex n still have occasional lockups. What do you recommend, basix es or 222. Can you have 222. W root? If not possible w basix, then what are the options? My battery gets hot at times and sporadically loses power
 
Go Launcher ex seldom causes lock ups.
Basix and the stock 2.2.2 ROM cannot be named for lockups.
Try deleting cache and dalvik-cache, reinstalling/flashing your favorite ROM (really, it does NOT matter which, they cannot by themselves cause lockups) and go from there.
As for battery management, the 2.2.2 ROM seems to have slightly better battery life than Basix, and can sometimes feel a little smoother (compared to un-overclocked Basix).
As for rooting 2.2.2, the procedure is the same as with Basix. However, do know that due to a lack of an OC-capable kernel, the 2.2.2 ROM cannot be stably overclocked at this time.
Release of the source code by Samsung would first be necessary.
 
You're welcome. We're all here for each other, the way I see it. All we have is each other on this big lone planet, right? Makes more sense to just all hook each other up.
