Message pops up on my phone when I send texts. I've tried a system update, updating PRL, updating profile, resetting everything and nothing has worked. Has anyone found a solution? I've seen a thread on here tht required downloading Roms and boots I don't have a clue on how to do. Any help is appreciate it.

That is a long gone issue. You probably have bad reception.

You either have a bad signal or the tower your connected to is too congested to take your message.

How long have you had your phone? If it is a new phone, I suppose it is possible that the fix has not been pushed to you yet, in which case you would need to keep checking for the update via settings/system updates/htc software update until it appears.

u need the update. Or you can root, get S-Off, then flash the radios in bootloader
