Help Radio Issues & SPC Passcode not work

I have a Moto Droid 1. I took the phone to a shop and they rooted and flashed to MetroPCS. I had an issue a week ago where the phone battery died. The phone would not power back on even when i tried to charge. It would shut off at the moto logo. I put a CyanogenMod update.zip on my SD card and installed it through SPRecovery. It booted but I have no cell reception. I've been searching for two day. I also tried to access the ##program menu but it says my SPC passcode is invalid. Could the shop have changed this info? Is there a way to reset it? I'm fairly new to android but I'm learning fast. Can anyone point me in the right direction? All comments are appriciated!
