Root Radio Problem

Ok guys i have a big problem. My phone on velocity 1.2.2 acted weird so i wiped data/factory reset and then when i booted up nothing but blank screen with status bar. So i flashed it again, after reseting everything, and on 1st boot i can recieve texts but i cant call, i mean i can call but cant turn on speaker and i cant hear the people and they cant here me. I flashed 3 different roms. So any help PLEASE?

Yikes
Go into recovery and wipe everything and flash a rom (your default rom)
Pull the battery and wait like 10-20 seconds
Reboot and see if its workin

I plug headphones in and i can hear just fine.
