RAM Expansion problem

I have a D2-912 Android pad and I have run the Roehsoft SWAP RAM expansion software on it using a 16 GB SD Card, which is still empty. So I thought I could get quite a substantial RAM increase,
At the end of the process, however, I was surprised that the expansion is minimal : the SWAP is 0 /0 MB free , RAM 354 MB/91 MB Free, Total: SAME. Then I realized that the expansion has been drawn from the internal storage SD , which is practically full ( 1273 MB, 13 MB free ) and not from the 16 GB external SD card! No wonder! Why doesn
 
Just a guess but probably because of how the drives are named (SD or SD0 and EXT SD) i know nothing about using the SD to increase RAM but maybe an app like Link2Sd would help? I could be wrong but i think that kinda swaps the drives so Ext Sd becomes SD(?)
 
I am using a class 10 Micro SD card, which is a high speed card, recommended for this type of operations. I have tested it and it works, so I don't think that the SD card is the problem.
It may be somewhere else as the following hint suggests.May be I am doing something wrong, because I am new to the Android world.

I noticed that when the Micro SD card is in the slot and it is mounted in the D2 , it is indeed detected in the D2 storage settings, but it is never detected in My Computer, whether mounted or unmounted. As a matter of fact, even the internal storage content disappears when the SD card is in the slot: all My Computer shows is the D2-912 icon , but it is empty.!
But notice: when I remove the SD card, then everything works beautifully and the internal storage content of the D2 reappears .This may well be the problem : the RAM expansion is minimal because the SD although it is detected in the D2 settings remains undetected by the Ram expansion software and by the PC when it is in the slot. Since the internal storage is almost full, there is practically no space for a virtual RAM extension.
Does anybody have a clue? How can this problem be fixed?
