ram problem please help

my xperia x8 ram keeps getting full without lunching any app !!!!
i tried lots of apps killers and memory optimizing apps
it works for 10 secs but the ram gets full again


any solution !????

manually close running proccess at settings > applications > running services.. and while you're at it, go to all apps and force stop those you dont want to run..

but dont worry about ram too much, those unwanted apps will automatically close if you're running heavy ram-consuming apps..
