RAM problem ( shows only 329 MB)

I am having this strange problem with SII. When I restart my phone, instead of showing RAM as 837 MB, it shows only 329 MB and phone slows down a lot ( see screenshot). Also when screen times out, phone refuses to start. Then if I have to start it again, I have take take out and reinsert battery, charge phone for a while its off and turn it back on. I haven't installed any third party applications. .This is so annoying ..I don't want to reset phone to factory settings. . will loose all applications settings. . Help!

I think you might have to reset it. Download titanium backup and . Backup your apps then reset it.
