Help Ram usage?

click on task manger and since my upgrade to android 4.0 my ram is now showing 523 used, when I clear it it goes down to 330 but then creeps up, is there any way of finding what is using it all?
 
Just let it be. Android will manage the RAM for you. Clearing RAM and forcing apps to restart actually uses more battery at that point. Mine after a few hours of use will be between 450MB to 550MB anyway.
