Root RAM Usage

So, it use to be 300ish ram free but now I seem to only keep about 198 ram free. What's a trick to get that down or to find what's eating away at the ram usage?? I have shit crashing left and right because of this and not having much ram available.

If you go into the app manager and swipe over to the running tab, hit the menu button and show cached processes. It will show everything that's running and how much RAM it's using.

funny how OS's start unneeded apps to continuously run in background. a staple i guess..
Likely it's apps starting themselves to check for updates, notifications, etc. I tend to do all that I can to prevent them from doing that (disable notifications and such)... Usually have at least 25% free, then I use the booster app built into AirDroid to kill stuff when I need to free up more real quick.

my ram has never been an issue. phone running 384 MB used / 480 MB free with 4 programs running (settings, goggle play services, android core apps, google keyboard) but spikes a bit when i start paragon to mount my sd card

to mention i didnt like greenify too much, i found better results with android tuner and modifying some things myself.

Are you running eduardogs ROM or something? My RAM is flipped... 4xx used, 3xx free.
