Random Apps Opening

I'm not sure if it has to do with today's update but I have a pretty good idea it is. Whenever I got to ATK it shows many more apps 'open' than I specifically opened.

Say I opened Music and internet. Voice dialer, maps, and gesture search will have opened as well.

Anyone else experiencing this/know how to fix it?

The same thing happens to me and I'm worried its killing my battery. It opens apps that i barly use and know I didn't open, andit does it all the time, I use app killer hourly because of it.

from what i have heard from these forums is.

That android does an excellent job of managing open apps and keeping them from drawing resources and power.

I personally hate it when i open one app and then in the background 5 more open.

Many have said to not mess with app killers because android deals with these background programs with out any problems.

I have been a winMo user in the past, and if a app was running in the background than it was sucking power and memory.
