Help random boot loops

So tonight my inc was giving me google issues with force closes after i updated a few apps from amazon appstore which also force closed. So i went to reboot my phone, now its stuck in a boot loop.

Running Cyanogenmod latest (can't remember exactly which one) i think the latest RC.

any ideas on how to fix this??

it was very very random. The last app i updated on amazon appstore was the swiftkey keyboard, which hadn't been updateable for a while. When i went to check my keyboards I no longer had Swiftkey X and just the normal one.

Start by booting into recovery and wiping just the cache and flashing the ROM again. (you won't lose any settings)

well as a noob i made my first big mistake, i have an incredible and i tried to root with unrevoked 3 it went though the first time but didn't work because i was running droid 2.3.4 so i followed instructions i found on another thread and followed instructions to roll back to droid 2.2. now i cant get into my phone. it either gets stuck in a loop of rebooting to the htc incredible screen or i get a black screen a white line on each side. and my computer cant see the phone anymore either. PLEASE HELP i cant afford another phone
