Root Random BootLoops

Ok so it all started about a week ago. I download a ROM which contained ROM toolbox, loved the app, so I decided to buy it. After buying it, I was able to change fonts boot logo and much much more. Then all of a sudden my phone turns of and keeps booting. I plugged in my USB to charge it took of the battery and put it back in and I fixed it. Now Im having random reboots. I thought that if I cleared data and cache I might have some luck. yes it been reduced, but I still encounter reboots. I was thinking about deleting some files using root explorer any other ideas?

Sorry about the grammar i'm in a rush.

Changing the boot logo isnt supported by rom toolbox on our phones last time i checked. Must be talking about boot ani?

Thanks for all the reply's I'm sorry I couldn't respond any faster, I was busy/still busy studying for finals. Anyways, I realized that my phone stopped acting funny and rebooting several times when plugged in to an outlet. I decided a clean fresh new stock Rom will fix this issue. Thanks again for replying and helping me.
