Help random clicking

I'm loving the phone, but it seems to be randomly acting as if I clicked the screen. I don't know if its is because I'm charging it (its kind of hot). What could cause this?

This is still happening. Sometimes, when I leave my homescreen open, an icon will start acting like I held my finger on it to move it... does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
