Random FaceBook notifications?

Most of my notifications are set to the same sound. "Droooiiiiiddd"

I check my phone when I hear it, it has the little Facebook notification thing in the upper-left corner.
I pull down, nothing. I go to Facebook, nothing. I check FB on my computer or laptop, nothing.
Got the notification three times now, once a day for the past three days.
Anyone having this issue?

Funny, I was literally just going to post about having the EXACT same issue... Notification sound goes off, Facebook icon in the status bar, grab the pull down and it just says "Facebook" with no additional information, and when I tap the notification to open it the Facebook app opens and there's nothing. Strange part is I have all Facebook notifications disabled, checked it every time it's gone off and they are all still disabled. Clearing app data doesn't seem to make any difference.

Good to know I'm not alone.
I think there was a recent FB update, probably a small bug in the software.

Hmmm... odd part is that this version has been out since November 16th, wonder why it would just start now?

I had the same thing for a couple of days and I even have all FB notifications off in the app. Seems to have stopped though.
