random loading screen and red border?

It's only the third day since I bought my tablet but whenever the internet is on, after a few minutes the screen goeevdark and a loading screen appears. It does it no matter what apps I'm using, and after the screen goes blank I cant touch anything.

Also, there's this flashing red border that appears and I know there are threads for this but I've read that if you uncheck the screen updates but it didn't work.

Any suggestions?
