Root Random lock ups when downloading

[ianramsden87]

My phone seems to lock up intermitently when downloading files or loading some heavy content web pages. This can happen on the market or just from the internet. I've tried a couple of SD cards to see if this is at fault as well as various ROMS including Opendesire/Defrost/Oxygen.

Any pointers where to look next?
