Help random rebooting problem?

hello live with Walkman users
i m about to get my first android smartphone and i decided to go with this phone because of it's price and quality of hardware but i just read that many users are facing "random rebooting problems" with this device so i wanted to check out whether you had his problem before? how often does it occur ? and is it a hardware of software problem?

I personally didn't have it myself, but I read a lot about it.
Was caused by software fault and occured really often, about 5 times in an hour?

Issue is fixed in the latest, 4.0.2.A.0.62 update. If you get this phone and you occur this bug, just update your phone's firmware and you will be fine.
