Help Random reboots.....anyone?

So far very pleased with my G3.....but I've had it reboot on it's own a few times. Seems to happen after I try to turn the screen on & it won't turn on. Today it happened & the screen just stayed black....wouldn't turn on when I tapped it & wouldn't turn on with power button.....then it just rebooted on it's own. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Yes... I've called att about this once I will be having them ship me another when I call them tomorrow
