Help Random Reboots

My replaced Samsung is rebooting, sometimes 2 times a day, it will just be sitting there, I look over and it's on the samsung boot screen! WTF! Anyone else having these issues? I just had my other one replaced due to a cracked screen, only have had this about 1-2 weeks at this point.
 
Did you flash to a rooted rom? The beta JIT in many of the fastest roms is known to cause random reboots.
 
Sigh....I don't want another phone but I know they won't give me anything else at this point. This phone was just sent to me not even 2 weeks ago as a replacement for a broken screen.
 
Well, now the phone just won't boot at all. It's dead in the water, it will load to the sprint logo/samsung logo but will not load past. Hard reset didn't help. I hate this phone!
 
Well, went to the local repair store, asurion is sending out a "brand new" phone as I told them about the gps issues and shit. He wanted to send me a Hero and i flat out refused. We will see what happens with the new one!
