Random Reboots?

Does anybody get them? I am on rooted ICS and they always happen while doing something resource intensive. Is there anyway to fix?
 
Do you have any anti-virus software installed? I ask because I was having similar problems, but once I removed the AV app, it stopped.
 
I have same prob. i am runnin gingerbread and rooted. my phone will shut off sometimes by its self while in pocket, but mostly when i turn screen on and try to load camera app. i noticed it started when i got new sd card. its 32 gig not sure what class. first it started with random notifications about sd card suddenly removed without being unmounted, and now it restarts. it mainly restarts at/ around the same time every day when it does it by its self. i also have 2 battery apps im playin with so i dont know it its prob with sd card or battery apps. its not a big prob but lil annoying. good luck on your search maybe someone can figure out the glitch. :)
 
It actually hasn't been happening much anymore.
Also, does anyone else use Pimp My Rom?
It's awesome!
Got rid of so much lag.
