I purchased my galaxy note 10.1 yesterday, July 6. I have my timeout on 10 minutes, but it keeps randomly going to sleep mid-use. Ill be playing an app or browsing the web and it randomky goes to sleep..not very often but annoying nonetheless. I have to hit the power button and unlock it again to continue what I was doing. Samsung live chat was no help, told me to adjust my timeout settjngs (really?)
