Help Random switch on

Hi everyone

I am running Android 2.3.5 on my Desire S, all going smoothly, but for the second morning this morning, my phone just came alive (screen switched on) at about 4:45am, waking me up - I am a light sleeper.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
