I think I have seen this with my sister a few times.Once upon a time in the 1970s, there was a very popular BBC sitcom called "Are You Being Served?", that was set in a London department store. And one of the main character's punch lines was "I'm free".
Apparently it is available in the US, on DVD from Amazon.
