Be careful on the roads folks. My parents were involved in what could have been a fatal car crash today. A lorry clipped the rear of their car, sending them into a violent spin which sent the car crashing into barriers on both sides of the road. Just sheer luck that no other cars hit them.
It brings home to me how dangerous driving is, even if you're the most careful driver. I'll be giving all heavy lorries a very wide berth in future!

Yikes! Hopefully they only had a bump and bruise. It is scary out there.

Yeah thanks, they are ok, no injuries, but could have been much worse. Car is totalled.

Speaking of queens, I gots a question: what the hell are these icons in Tapatalk? There is a diamond with a V in it next to my name/avatar, which indicates I bought Tapatalk Pro back when it was available; there is an orange Tapatalk icon next to some names, and a green box with OP in them which I thought mean original poster for a thread, but I've seen it next to my name in threads where I was not the OP.

I'll just third that. As I sat and typed out what I thought would be a witty line from the movie. I realized how difficult it is to put the Minnesota accent in print. I wrote how I thought it sounded and when I looked it resembled Russian or something. I'll demonstrate. Combined with the above. Ohh, yea ya betcha! Dontchaknow?

I've lived in Minnesota my whole life, & I have relatives up north, too. Nobody that I know or have ever known talks like that!
I did hear someone interviewed on the news a couple days ago that had that "Fargo" accent, but that's not a common thing here, at all.
