I knew it would be a crappy day when I poured some Alpha-Bits cereal for breakfast, halfway through the bowl could only spell "OOOOOOOOOO" and realized I'd poured Cheerios by mistake...

Wow, last night was... uncomfortable, chaotic.
think the combination of things I am reading, plus a little stress from work combined with my wife's restlessness last night made for very troubled, psychotic sleep.
I am tired, feel a little physically ill, TBH, but I don't want to go to sleep unless I take something which will not let me wake until it's too late to get up for work.
