As weird as it is, the metro UI for windows/windows phones is pretty intuitive. Notifications show up on the live tile. I actually have grown to like it, and my little windows phone. :D

Ya, no they don't. Twitter doesn't have any numbers next to it telling me of notifications. An article popped up on my desktop from the news app, but when I click it it just takes me to the news app not the article itself. I have to look for the article???
I like the new Windows 8, but it's unfinished. They need more men working on a better Modern UI.
It's modern, not metro. They changed it a year ago. haha, they change it too much (2 times is too much)

There's not a single place she won't follow me. She follows me to school and Juliana helps out the teachers and I'm like "Best dog of the year." She'll fetch papers from the copy room. All the little 6th graders pet her and all that good junk :'D

Your dog fetches papers from the copy room? Does she change the toner, too? :p That's awesome!:)

I learned about Punnet Squares. They're easy and are used to predict if the offspring will get a certain allele from Mom or Dad.

Quinn wanted me to tell you to tell schnoogy to tell you that you have girly hands!:D:D:D

don't shoot! don't shoot it! wasn't me it was Quinn...

Alleles and genes like to do whatever they want :0 so sometimes you get what's predicted, sometimes not  also, I had a fire drill today that stopped me from writing my personal narrative D: I didn't get to finish how I rescued my black lab from the steets

I feel stupid but I signed her up for puppy day care
She needs to have friends of the puppy canine persuasion
She and the cats loved each other but if I'm going to do this I'm going to do this right
I already am mommy .. And stuff
But she already has a best friend at puppy school but that ends and no matter how hard it's gonna be to let her go:) I know it's the right thing to do

Pd
I'm picking her up at noon::

Shut it:)

Getting into my book now. I feel like I need to do more research on the subject before I start writing a bunch of thing about it, but maybe I can leave that for the editing after January 15.

I need like 400 more words to meet my daily goal. I have about 4000 words now.

Wrote all I could tonight. I'm tired. Another day, going for it tomorrow.
Should also be getting my new HP chromebook 11 replacement tomorrow because this one has a small crack in it.
I got my HP chromebook 14 today for my dad. I want to open it so bad, but that's for Daddy to do :)

I clicked on a link provided by one of us, through my notifications; it was for an older post that had already been taken care of, so I should've known better... I thank my lucky stars I hadn't made a Nandroid backup of this particular ROM, as the proverbial warm and brown stuff hit the fan; Lookout Antivirus THEN lets me know 'threat detected'... I do a factory reset and wipe, and reload the ROM from zip, and start over... no more virus from the link I was provided has shown back up. The moniker Junior Member definitely applies to me. I'm humbled, ashamed, and perplexed that a fellow AF user would do this to me; my mission now is to find a mentor here, so that I can learn Android and Linux to a higher degree of understanding, and control. And, no - in my vernacular, I'm not a rat.

I use avast. Tells me right then and there about the virus. I never have to reload now
