I am looking at two laptops. One is an HP with a 1TB HD and removable battery, but it's wifi card is 108.11ac 1x1. Configured with Blu-ray, it's $250 more than the Toshiba with in-built battery but it has a 2TB hard drive and 108.11ac 2x2.
The problem I have with the Toshiba I have is pulling it out of the bag, which is why I broke it--squeezing it too tight. The extended battery of the HP acts as a handle, which would alleviate that problem.
I'm thinking I might just go with Toshiba and get some Sugru... make my own pulling handle on the bottom of the laptop. I can live without Blu-ray.
Opinions?
This route takes you across the US and lets you stop at all landmarks in each and every state. Yes, all 48 continental ones.
With the help of a sophisticated algorithm, this road trip allows you to start in any state. Just hop on at the point that runs through your state and keep going until you’re back at your starting point!
That would be so fun! I've only seen 4 of the places on the list, I just went to Fort Snelling last summer (I think for the very first time even though it's not that far from me); I got to take a trip to DC for work 2 yrs ago, so I've seen the White House (just from the outside). I've also seen Mount Rushmore on the way to visit my brother in CO - who lives near Pike's Peak so I saw that, too. But I think a road trip like this would be a blast
I was going to say that I had Meerkat a long time ago, but then I realized you must be talking about something other than Ubuntu. Is anyone going to try Meerkat?
