Just dodged that thunderstorm bullet on my way home! Made it to my driveway just as it started to pour windy hail and thunder:)

I might get Friday & Monday as paid days off work, since they're moving my department into an office trailer for a bit. They're not sure how long before everything is up & running, they're moving our stuff early Friday & power & Internet will be available "by end of day Monday".

So do you hate spiders because of your job? Or do you have your job because you hate spiders?

These are the important questions.

LOL bjacks, I hate spiders because they're creepy & scary!! Actually, I think it goes back to something that happened when I was a little girl - I had a brief encounter with one & I screamed my head off until my dad came & killed it.
I know it's an irrational fear since they're tiny & I could squish them, but they FREAK :eek:me out!

We have a bug lab at my company but thankfully, mainly just cockroaches, no spiders. So the only spiders I see are usually on our labels.

Hi Huh. I may have met Quinn's sister today at 'The Feed Barn'. I knew it wasn't Quinn since her owner wasn't blonde. Julie was a cute Black and white Boston Terrier. (Owner was cute too!) :D:D

Boston Terriers seem to be really popular lately. A year ago, my daughter drove to another state to bring one home, then within the last year one of my brothers got one, too. They're cute dogs!

And now a Public Service Announcement from the Night Vale SPCA.

Thinking about getting a dog? Dogs are not only great family companions, but also help childhood development. By regularly feeding, walking, fighting, denying the existence of, and ultimately soul-merging with the family dog, young children learn about responsibility, empathy, and pyrokinesis. There are, of course, some breeds of dogs that are not right for children. Those breeds include spiderwolves, double wolves, switch-bladed mountain dogs, secret terriers, flesh-eating spaniels, pit vipers, and table saws. Visit the SPCA for more information on the right dog for your family.

I have a table saw. Its cut from a good breed and has healthy teeth. Also has a bag attached to it to catch the nasty stuff.
