I'm on diet with several low calorie, high protein meals a day instead of engorging myself 3x a day. That, and cutting out all soda, monster drinks, pizza, snacks, pretty much anything glutinous, sugary and starchy.
I've lost 25 lbs after just 3 weeks. VERY tough to do, but you can lose a lot quick if you can stick it out. Soda and bread alone are like drugs. They're toxic, and you will go through withdrawal. It's amazing how much of a difference 25 less pounds of weight on your knees feels, and detoxing from soda, gluten and other sugary stuff clears up the brain fog. It's very rewarding, but not without cast iron dedication and, for me anyway, some degree of suffering.
