And chiming in on this one...

If the Delorean is the actual car that is also a time machine, I'll take that one hands-down. First thing I'd do is go back in time and *not* injure my knee. ;)
To be completely honest, knowing what I now know, I would never go back and fix my knee. After injuring it at 17, as part of an arthrogram procedure (this was before MRI and CT-scan were developed) they injected me with lidocaine. That's when we discovered I was basically allergic to lidocaine; luckily I was in a hospital so when I faded out they were able to keep me alive. (Later I learned that there is something in me that doesn't hold lidocaine in the local tissues, but rather allows it to flow to my arteries which carry it to the heart, with potentially deadly consequences.)
Had I not injured my knee, I would have died at 19, which was the first time I had dental work that required a local anesthetic. Lidocaine was the primary (and pretty much still is) local used by dentists, and I'd have gotten that shot right next to those big carotid arteries. As you know, dentists leave you and go do other things while you numb up...and I'd have been quite numb when he returned.

So in all honesty, when I first realized that back in my thirties, whenever my knee bothered me, I would thank the Lord for my bad knee, because absent that, I would have died a very long time ago. That would have gutted my dear mom, who just a few years prior had lost her parents and husband.

So in truth, I'm thankful for my bad knee, and truly it is part of this Happy Thanksgiving.

So been up since four in the morning, and a tingle on what I said on here, went and connected wired with my tablet factory reset again my cell, and the rainbow glitch was gone, I have a check up on Tue, and have a chrio on wed.

So I have been thinking of ways to up stage Door Dash girl:thinking:.
After only a few minutes of thinking I came up with a plan :D:thumbsupdroid:
It's a combination of door dash girl and that clown Jessie Smollet (you remember he was allegedly attacked by maga supporters while getting subway in Chicago)
I am planning to get a job with door dash and then paint my face half white and half black :)
Next i will be chased and verbally insulted by nudist maga supporters:oops::maddroid:
The head lines will read
Non racial conforming mentally challenged Domino the door dasher stalked and harassed by evil nudist maga supporters :D

Things are alright, went to my doctor's earlier today, I got my puemonia shot, and my flu shot, we had a decent somewhat conversation over all, I was feeling ill and hungry from the blood lost, luckily I was just a stone throw away from my side job, I got the last jelly donut yummy as I was getting my check in, I am feeling pretty well now, just had my lunch of 20 bites of chicken nuggies and an apple, tomorrow will not be so mess up :)

Good for you!

For my colonoscopy prep last week, everything came out alright, although I was wiped out... doc said he removed two polyps, which - considering my last colonoscopy was over ten years ago - is surprisingly good. They'll go to pathology and I expect them both to be benign. We'll see.

Meanwhile, the entire week of December 5th through 12th we'll likely be eating out, since the kitchen will be empty during cabinet refacing. Of course, that's the Darling Bride's favorite thing to make for dinner... reservations...

Took a bored panda quizz a few minutes ago of my soul:

I swear my family keeps not pronouncing things, and I cannot read as much as I used to.
Forbociaia breas, I heart "Brocassianation" in my head,
and my sister earlier said "Television" instead of "Taco bell" Why would she need to say the v and not the b?

How about bell shape?
Am I going crazy?

Has the question ever crossed your mind why I do almost all of the cooking around the olbriar ranch? Well, let me take just a minute to present an example that influences me to be the chief chef. My wife is cooking Thanksgiving dinner and it's my job to stay the hell out of the way and eat the meal through the rest of November and the majority of December. Tomorrow, to serve four adults and two children not yet in there teens my wife is cooking everything she can think of for dinner. We start out with a meat and cheese platter and crackers. There will be stuffed green olives and ripe olives as well. And we can't have Thanksgiving without a crockpot full of little wieners in bbq sauce. Now that we are full, we will try to eat a twenty pound turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cornbread, green beans, cranberry salad, and dinner rolls. She baked not one but two pumpkin pies for desert. I'm fortunate that my daughter talked her mother out of cooking yams and noodles. I'm guessing the meal would feed at least a dozen more adults. I rest my case. Oh.. I forgot... she fixed deviled eggs.

I'm actually glad that the Boss Lady didn't cook thanksgiving dinner this year.
We had a decent time, yesterday, at our oldest daughters and we're going to my in-laws for supper tonight.
Now we do have 7/8 of a punkin pie and probably 3/4 of the Mexican wedding cake that's here. I have my coffee sides for the next week.

Mom did about 50% of the cooking, and the rest was her boyfriend like always. I pretty much stood out of the kitchen this time around.
Just poked my head in and out, though, we have too much pie, cherry, pecan, and pumpkin - with my investor's pie day we swung by that one random day
a bit ago.
I spend most of the day trying to avoid the parade since I have it taped. I think I will watch it without much distraction..
