Hi, I've had the same problem, though my phone is rooted (as an aussie, I still smile whenever I have to say or write that, rooted that is, lol.). Seems to happen, often, when charging is finished or started. But it does always seem to do it when i need to txt most. Grrrr. But you do have a program that i also have which has given me a clue. Will get back to you to see if it has something o do with it.
