It is, now. Only 9 minutes ago did it become official that the four interested teams ahead of Tennessee (and the possibility of San Diego being interested, which was a rumor) were not actually intending on picking him up.

Nope you are dead wrong. It was official at 4:00 pm Eastern which is the waiver wire deadline to submit a claim.

And it was reported earlier than "9 minutes ago".

My information was coming from ESPN, which was indeed updated 9 minutes before the last post. Don't be a dick.
